Lightweight yet moisturizing toner boasts a skin-friendly formula with a low pH of 5.5 and is infused with coolin (mushroom extract), adenosine and tocopherol, which all help to prevent aging. How to use
1. After cleansing, soak the cotton pad with a moderate amount of toner. 2. Swipe over the face gently, may reapply if needed for further hydration.
